It is an innovative initiative of the Packaging, Printing and Graphic Arts/Graphic Communication sectors that joined forces, focusing on the overall development of the above sectors.

The establishment of the PackPrint Science Center aims to create an innovative and modern scientific community in the packaging, printing and graphic communication sectors, for the implementation of actions and projects on business development issues, research into innovations in the sectors and addressing the very important problem of the lack of specialized personnel they face.

The initiative for the establishment and operation of the PackPrint Science center is the natural continuation and evolution of the long-standing and particularly close cooperation of professional associations and scientific bodies active in the relevant sectors. Emphasis is placed on the development of human capital and in particular on the design and implementation of educational programs and training and education programs, in subjects in the specialties of design and production of packaging materials and media, in printing and in the broader field of graphic arts - graphic communication, as well as related and cooperating sectors.
